All scented candles sold by MindfulScents are handcrafted with care using high-quality materials, including soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and carefully selected botanical additives. Each candle is made in small batches to ensure attention to detail and consistent quality.
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, scent, texture, or appearance may occur between individual items. These variations are considered a natural aspect of handcrafting and are not considered defects. Such uniqueness ensures that each candle is a one-of-a-kind creation.
Product descriptions, images, and packaging may vary slightly from the actual product. We make every effort to display products accurately but cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual color or details of the product.

Custom Wax Orders

Custom wax products are made-to-order according to your specifications and require additional production time.
Please allow 3–5 business days (or longer during peak periods) for your custom order to be prepared and ready for shipment.
Once production begins, changes, cancellations, or modifications cannot be accommodated for custom orders due to the personalized nature of the product.
Each custom wax item is handcrafted; therefore, slight variations in color, scent, design, or pattern are part of its uniqueness and are not considered defects.
Due to their personalized and custom nature, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
We strongly encourage you to review your custom order carefully before submission to ensure that all specifications, including scent, color, and design, are accurate.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received and successfully processed.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods listed during checkout.
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

MindfulScents ships locally within Singapore based on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Estimated local delivery times: 3–5 working days. Delivery during peak seasons or public holidays may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MindfulScents is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once the product is dispatched, responsibility for the item lies with the shipping carrier until it reaches the customer.

Refund & Return Policy

All candles are hand-poured and inspected for quality before shipment.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once purchased, items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly, which may include replacement of the item or other solutions.
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases of damage or error caused by MindfulScents.

Always follow the burning and safety instructions provided with your candle.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
Place candles on a heat-resistant, stable surface to prevent accidents or damage.
MindfulScents is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
Discontinue use if the candle exhibits unusual behavior, such as excessive smoke or flickering.

All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of MindfulScents and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
